A. Gold Coins (GC)

B. Sweeps Coins (SC)

Sweeps Coins won during promotional games can be redeemed for real cash prizes or electronic gift cards subject to meeting verification and playthrough requirements.

4. Account Registration & Strict Anti-Fraud Rules

Each individual user is permitted to open and operate exactly one (1) account. Registering multiple accounts under duplicate emails, fabricated identities, or alias names is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent blocking of associated IP addresses.

5. Prize Redemptions & KYC Verification

Prize redemptions are subject to the following statutory and operational rules:

• Playthrough Requirement: All complimentary Sweeps Coins must be wagered at least one time (1×) in eligible promotional games before they transition into redeemable winnings.

6. Prohibited Activities & Automated Bots

• Using automated scripts, bots, AI software, spiders, or cheating software to manipulate games or collect coins.
• Engaging in collusive play or syndicate manipulation of tournament leaderboards.
• Attempting to bypass geolocation controls through proxies, VPNs, or spoofing tools.
• Using stolen or unauthorized credit cards, bank accounts, or payment accounts.

7. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or promotional sweepstakes shall be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration administered under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court.
